We were impressed with his overall knowledge, strategic zone-mapping, management of the crew and pride in thoroughly completing the project. When Aaron transitioned to a new role at “From the Ground Up”, it didn’t take long for us to realize what an asset he was to the previous company. Aaron was quick to reply to come inspect a very large tree we were concerned about. He let us know that the tree was not doing well. We opted to have his crew cut the tree down and then stump grind. Although his schedule was tight, they got the work done in a professional manner. Knowing the machine would damage the lawn they included seeding after all the work was completed. An added detail is that Aaron communicated with me during the whole process. Keeping me posted on the schedule. Very pleased with this company! 5 Stars

I had my annual sprinkler start up appointment today. I’ve always had good service from them and today was no exception. I asked my technician if he could adjust a sprinkler to accommodate new plantings just as he was coming to let me know he was done. He handled my request with grace and good humour and got the job done. 5 Stars

From the Ground Up is the best landscaper in the area by far. I had several questions and very little experience with design in a landscaping setting, not only were they patient and attentive, they transformed the presentation of my home into something truly beautiful and inviting. It is evident that the designers put a great deal of thought and care into their work. I can't recommend this group enough, the quality is incredible and everybody working at my home was extremely kind and flexible with me. Everyone at From The Ground Up has been an absolute joy to work with-from Aaron and Matt, who provided bids, to AJ and his crew who performed virtual miracles cleaning up my 3+ acre yard from years of neglect. They were respectful of the existing landscaping, careful to clean up all the debris from the tree removals, and unfailingly friendly and helpful at every turn. Ours was a massive project, and we felt that we got an excellent value based on the price paid for the amount of sheer effort expended to complete our job.
